Engage with your own child and community and think about packing a litter-free lunch. Use re-sealable containers for sandwiches and a thermos or reusable bottle for drinks.
COMPOST
If you dont have the space for composting, try creating a mini soil-arium. Have your kids toss a handful of soil, newspaper, dead leaves, and kitchen scraps into their respective jars.
